General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by ISCHIA Massage & Regeneration as well as to appointment bookings made via the website.

2. Scheduling an appointment
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. By booking, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Payment is due on-site in cash or via the payment method offered after treatment. Online payment via the website is not possible.

4. Appointment cancellations
Agreed appointments are binding.
Cancellations or postponements are free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
In case of short-notice cancellations or no-shows, the full appointment fee may be charged.

5. Health information
The massages offered are for relaxation, regeneration and therapeutic support. They do not replace medical treatment.
The customer is obliged to disclose any health problems or relevant pre-existing conditions before treatment.

6. Liability
Treatment is undertaken at your own risk. No liability is accepted for damages resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.

7. Health insurance recognition
If the claim is approved, reimbursement is at the discretion of the respective health insurance company. The customer is responsible for clarifying cost coverage in advance.

8. Data protection
Personal data is treated confidentially and used exclusively for appointment management and customer support.

9. Changes
ISCHIA Massage & Regeneration reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

10. Place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the company's registered office.
